We don’t all have the ability to exercises at our desks, but Pilates can be done ANY WHERE! Here’s a quick exercise to strengthen your hips while sitting through that conference call that you would rather skip!
- Sit up tall, knees hip width apart
- Engage your abs
- Exhale as you squeeze your lower glute muscles
Feel your body lift up from your seat to know you’re doing it right!
Repeat 8-10 times.
Complete 3 reps, be grateful for Pilates AND proud of yourself for using your time wisely!
