How to Workout at Work: Hip Squeezes

We don't all have the ability to exercises at our desks, but Pilates can be done ANY WHERE! Here's a quick exercise to strengthen your hips while sitting through that conference call that you would rather skip!

Hip Squeezes

  1. Sit up tall, knees hip width apart
  2. Engage your abs
  3. Inhale
  4. Exhale as you squeeze your lower glute muscles
Feel your body lift up from your seat to know you're doing it right!
Repeat 8-10 times.
Complete 3 reps, be grateful for Pilates AND proud of yourself for using your time wisely!
