Group Zoom Mat Class Schedule
We offer Group Zoom Mat Classes Do this class at your home or office on a secure Zoom link sent to you by email. You may schedule yourself below or call/text at 323-806-0054 to register for these classes.
We also offer Private (1 client) and Semi-Private (2 clients) mat classes on Zoom (please call or text us at 323-806-0054 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org for an appointment).
Private & Semi-Private In-Studio Sessions
Private Session (1 on 1 with instructor) is a highly personalized workout, focusing on maximizing your strength with proper form to improve problem areas. We also offer Private Mat Sessions on Zoom.
Semi-Private Sessions (2 people per session with an instructor) At this time you will need to provide your own partner for an in-person semi-private session.
We will be following health department recommendations in the studio: masks (instructor and client) and social distances as often as possible. In addition, there are two anti-viral air purifiers, cleaning of equipment with hospital-grade disinfectant after every session and a hand-sanitizer dispenser is available.
